Celebrating Diversity in the Staten Island Community
El Centro’s cultural initiative aims to identify and celebrate the diversity of Latino culture and to promote it among the children of immigrants as well as the Staten Island Community. Through this initiative it also highlights pressing issues faced by day laborers and other newly arrived immigrants.
