El Centro offers a multitude of services for the Staten Island community. Our main services are as follows:
Legal Help
- Labor Services: unpaid wages, accidents, discrimination in the work place
- Legal Services: housing, civil cases, immigration law
- Wednesdays: 3-7pm call for appointment
- Immigration Services: counseling & lawyers (call for an appointment)

Health Programs
- HIV Prevention Programs: Free HIV testing and counseling.
- Access to Health Insurance: We refer adults and children Monday – Friday 9am-1pm

- Saturday 8-11am
- Identification Cards: Become a member of El Centro and receive one for free. Friday 5:30-7:30pm.
